About
The Maggies are the oldest club still playing in amateur football, having celebrated our Centenary Year in 2020, we are still competing at the highest level and introduced a Women's Team in 2021 (who won a Premiership in their first year).
We have played in and won several A Grade Grand Finals. We have a great tradition with the first North Fremantle team competing in the WAFL from 1901 to 1915 when World War l intervened.
Our home ground is Gilbert Fraser Reserve, one of the best football ovals in Western Australia.
The club has great facilities – a fully stocked gymnasium, expert fitness coaches, qualified trainers, outstanding coaches.
We are the only club in Fremantle that has achieved Gold Status in the Bronze, Silver, Gold delineations as the litmus test of a club’s standing, set out by the WA Football Commission.
Colts
The step up from Junior football to Senior football can be daunting for many young footballers.
That is why the mighty North Fremantle Football Club is asking parents to consider WA Community Football as the stage for their sons into Season 2022.
The facts are that too many young players are dropping out of football simply because of the competitive nature of trying to continue at the WAFL level.
Player Membership
Contact the Club for information about the Club Membership Fee structure. NFFC also has a Player Sponsorship Program for senior players. We invite families, businesses, workplaces, friends, partners and anyone else who could sponsor a player. Many of our players are at University, TAFE, working part time jobs or just starting families. The Sponsor a player program is one way we try to minimise costs for them. Please contact the Club about the Player Sponsorship Program as a way of being involved in the players and the Club. There are also links via the Shop for several Sponsorship Packages.
Registration
Registration takes place on training nights through our Club Registrars, especially for new players, plus online for existing players.
